The last months were accompanied by problems, currently the situation is calm

It's been quite a while since the last article on this site. There are several reasons for this, but the main one is the need to resolve the several-month-long Kybistani-Firbourg crisis. Here you will find a short summary of the whole crisis, a longer version can be found here (in czech).

The Duchy of Firburg, at the turn of November and December 2021, defined itself against the activities of the (self-proclaimed) Kybistani national republic, which created the fictional person of Jan Mírný to control Mendersia in 2020. The Duchy of Firburg subsequently rejected an ultimatum from the KNR. This was the culmination of the first part of this crisis. During December 2021, our Duke was contacted by the King of the Free Kingdom of the Majer Dynasty, who subsequently assisted him in catching the KNR in other dastardly deeds, such as the creation of the fictitious Rašovicko. In March 2022, evidence of these activities was uncovered. Subsequently, the KNR leader expressed his opinion to the effect that the KNR was already in some way present in the territory of Firburk, which was deemed unacceptable by our Duke Stephen Kutnix I: and therefore he also entered the territory of the KNR on 13 March 2022 and proclaimed the Kibistani Free Republic there, with Daniel Majer as its head. Unfortunately, a few days later, namely on March 19, the KNR invaded Firburk, but only entry into the territory of Velký Kuklík was confirmed. The latter is now again under the control of Firburg. After this action, negotiations began on a peace treaty, which has already been finalized, awaiting the KNR's signature.

Firburg wants to use this situation as a new opportunity. According to the Duke's words, the country is planning a territorial adjustment, the first part of which has already taken place in Kaňk. New projects are also being prepared and will be gradually unveiled.

The Office of the Firburgish is also continuing with the expansion of the Firburgish, its goal is to use the Firburgish in the state administration by the end of 2023.

That was a quick summary of what has been happening in our country over the last few months. We add a comment from Duke Štěpán Kutnix I: ,,As Duke of Firburg, my shortened view of the last few months is this: they have certainly been a turning point for our country, but we certainly do not want a repeat of this. In the future, we want to focus in the opposite direction to quarrels or even wars; we want to develop relations with the micronations with which we currently have a treaty and also sign new ones with other micronations. More country activity is also definitely in order. That is all I would like to add to the current situation." (laughs)
